Frank DiPanfilo Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Woburn Host Lions Club is proud to announce the creation of the Frank DiPanfilo Memorial Scholarship Fund.
As a life-long resident of Woburn, Frank DiPanfilo cherished the Woburn Community and embraced the concept of public service. As a member of the Woburn Host Lions Club, he took the Lions International motto "We Serve" to heart, spending countless hourse in service to his community and to Lions International eyesight charities.
In collaboration with the Woburn Host Lions Club, the DiPanfilo family has established a scholarship fund in memory of Frank and his devotion to public service.
Two five-thousand dollar scholarships will be awarded annually to two Woburn residents who are graduating from high school. The scholarship awards will be presented to students who are in good academic standing and have a documented history of public service to their community.
Please download and print a copy of the scholarship application by clicking on the link below. Follow the instructions to complete and submit the application. Application submissions will be accepted up and until Friday, June 2, 2011.
